Some of the lecturers are not great - a few arrogant ,some rude Very little teaching time Lacking exam support and materials SU staff are lovely helpful tasty good

Having visited many universities, ARU is most definitely at the top of the list. The hallways alone already give you a warm welcome and a 'safe place' feel. The lecture halls and classrooms provide anything a student could possibly need; great WiFi connection, good lighting, comfortable seating and plug sockets everywhere for all your electronic devices! The student union goes above and beyond to support students, provide useful information and make you feel at home. The facilities at ARU are more than a student could ask for; eatery with lots of food options for everyone, plenty of smaller food and drink cafes and lots of vending machines for snacks. I wish I could offer any improvement but fortunately, ARU offers more than students could dream of!

My course is taught via in-class learning, laboratory work and self-study at home. This combination offers an insight on the real life working world in science which is perfect for me! Lecturers are available to contact almost everyday and offer 1 to 1 meetings too which is extremely helpful when you have questions. Not only are they helpful academically but they will also support and help you with any questions regarding personal life.
