Lovely campus with modern equipment which could be use a bit more then now.

Some modules are not really related and needed for the course. More quality practical lertures will be good in first and second year.

Big kitchen, quite spacious room, 8 rooms per kitchen, washing room near by. Self-catered with en-suit bathroom.

Nice environment, plenty of space to go on walks. Good studying environment, library is accessible at all times and has a cozy atmosphere. Shops are not too far away and it’s not an overly busy area, like big city universities. Facilities could be improved as hot water can be temperamental however, the uni are quick to fix it and student services/the accommodation team are helpful.

As a first year we have a lot of contact hours which is nice and helps us to settle in. All of the lectures are taught in person unless the lecturer is not able to attend then it will be accessible online. We have a placement year in 3rd year which sounds great and I am looking forward to it. The modules for first year are engaging and interesting however, some of the content can feel not relevant to the course and occasionally lectures run on longer than necessary.

The local town seem very nice and there is a variety of shops. Telford which is a larger city is approximately a 20 minute drive away so not too far and has even more variety.

I think my room is very nice and I have access to my own bathroom which is lovely. The location is good and I like how social everyone can be but you are also able to have your own space when needed. The cleaners are wonderful and do a great job! Staff are also good at helping us when we don’t have hot water.
