Essex is a really friendly place to be, the staff are approachable and helpful. My student life rep is brilliant and has been supportive and really welcoming. There are lots of opportunities to be around and to new skills. Overall, I am happy with everything.

The support the lectures give you is incredible, location is close to the sea so a great getaway place. Very quiet area good for studying. However student union needs more events and more societies on campus

Taught face to face so it’s 100% contact with teachers. I’m doing 4 modules and the hours of each is proportioned In a manageable way

It’s definitely value for your money, rooms are spacious and all have desks and a little board for studying. The kitchen is modern and good environment for cooking
