Student support for mature students (family and childcare support) and international students (UKVI team) can still be improved by having a quicker turnaround time for emails and enquiries. I wish there was more support in place for students who have families/supporting a family.

The faculty is great, I have no comments. Support from supervisors and teachers are very good.
