The best aspect of my university experience would have to be the overall course structure. The even split between both theory and practical lessons have been extremely beneficial to my learning. Being able to almost immediately apply my knowledge in practical sessions, with the use of modern technology (ie Virtual Reality headsets), I have been able to grasp concepts far better but also enjoy my course a lot more. The various facilities like simulation suites have shown me that UWE is ultimately equipping students for their future careers through application instead of simply loading them with content, which I highly value. The student support given by both educators and various student bodies have also made a huge impact in my transition from abroad. Having a university environment that genuinely values each and every one of their students and ensures that they are heard has contributed immensely to my satisfaction. The only major negative that I have experienced is the distance from the student accommodation to the washer/dryer area. I think it becomes a slight inconvenience and would be beneficial to have washing areas in each accommodation block, instead of only having one for the entire campus.

The Occupational Therapy course is taught perfectly in my opinion. The use of modern technology, interactive group work and a good practical- theory balance has left me extremely satisfied. This diverse teaching structure continues to keep me engaged and excited for very lecture and it never feels monotonous. I feel that I am being well equipped for my profession, not just with knowledge, but also with career specific skills (ie communication skills) in order to ensure employability and success in the field. Furthermore, I find it extremely beneficial to have a mid-week break on a Wednesday, as it allows me to revise and/or catch up on content. It also allows for the a much needed breather within the week, which has ultimately reduced my stress levels and allowed me to feel as though I can absorb the content without feeling like I simply need to make it to the end of the week. However I do feel that at times the heavier modules are somewhat rushed over and/or crammed (ie Anatomy), while the less content heavy modules seem to consume more time.

I love having the leisure of living on campus and being able to use university facilities outside of class hours. The dorm rooms are in great condition and are a very comfortable size. However it does become a bit of a hassle when needing to do laundry, as there is only one laundry room for the entire campus and is quite far away.

Meeting friends is one of the best experinces in uni, there's no bank support for students in glenside and for new students who may not have bus pass that would be troblesome. Hence the university should provide bank support for glenside campus students as well.

Learning about anotamy and working on practicals are some of the best things. Waking up for 9 am lectures are not fun

The price is really cheap but quailty of resisdance is low
