Exeter has a stunning campus in a lovely small city and it is only half an hour on the train to the beach so living here is great. Everything is walking distance so the only downside is the hills you have to walk up to get around the campus.

We have good contact hours for a humanities subject with lots of hours of studio practice. This is exciting though can be exhausting. The course content is really interesting and after first year there is lots of choice to direct your degree towards what you want to do. The drama facilities are great. We have two buildings with lighting rigs and sound equipment, recording studios, and costume and prop stores. Finally, the tutors are lovely and very experienced and knowledgeable with many still practicing outside of the uni.

Lovely small city with a stunning cathedral and quay and only half an hour train journey to the beach. Lots of nice cafes and a range of shops and supermarkets. Good trains but buses are not very frequent. Very walkable city though. Not a very diverse city and quite expensive. Feels very safe even when walking at night.

Good value for money with 16 good quality meals included each week. Working toilets and showers, cleaned regularly by a lovely cleaner. Only a small kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster for lunches and snacks. Comfortable, spacious rooms with desk and mini fridge. Comfortable common room and beautiful exterior, lovely to sit outside on the benches or the grass in the summer. Ping pong tables and tennis courts were outside as well.

The university also has a vibrant and diverse student community, with over 150 societies and clubs, and over 30 sports clubs. All the festivals and cultural events are celebrated, and it helps me feel like home. My experience at the University of Exeter has been a crucial and transformative one in my life. I have learned a lot, not only from the teachers, who are friendly and motivating, but also from the fellow students, who are talented and inspiring. I have made lifelong friends, who have supported me through thick and thin. I have also gained valuable skills and knowledge, which will help me in my future endeavors. I am proud to be a student of the University of Exeter, and I wish to be very successful, so that I can make my university proud. I would recommend the University of Exeter to anyone who is looking for a world-class education, a beautiful environment, and a supportive community. It is truly a place where you can achieve your dreams and enjoy your life. One of the ways that the university can enhance the learning experience of the masters students is by offering them a compulsory module of working with the professionals for a month. This would involve inviting the theatre professionals to evaluate the students and select the ones who match their criteria for a one-month placement. The university would also facilitate the students to perform with the external theatre company/ modeling/ film company of their choice. This would enable the students to gain confidence to network with new theatre companies or to pursue a career with the same company that gave them the opportunity. Their CV as an artist would also become more impressive and they would feel more inspired to excel in their profession.

The learning at the university is amazing. It combines research and practice. I think there should be an option of choosing a compulsory module of help. If the students choose this module, they would have to visit the university every working day and discuss their reading with a Phd student or a Tutor who is assigned for this. This would help the international students stay focused on their research.

I wonder if the university could offer a napping service for students who register in advance. It would be amazing if we could use a comfortable bed for 30 minutes a day to rest and recharge our energy. Studying for long hours can be exhausting and cause back pain. A short nap could boost our productivity and well-being.
