Everyone is really helpful.

Teachers are great at explaining things

Uni halls are great does take a while for maintenance to get round to fixing things though

Student support is always a priority at the university and the uni makes an effect to make sure everyone is comfortable and accommodated. They provide self help workshops as well as more general life help workshops and I never feel overwhelmed with the amount of work I'm given.

Classes are original and they all feel welcoming. And lecturers makes it feel like we are each individuals working as groups in the best sort of way. The class size is a good and are not overwhelming. And we are always given an appropriate amount of work in correspondence to our course.

Halls were grimy when we moved in, and as a disabled student, I was placed on the first floor when the room below me was an allocated room for a disabled pupil with an able bodied person living it in. I felt guilty asking someone else to give up their room and so never ended up swapping. We were ignored when things went wrong in our flat until we complained so much that it must have been overwhelming for the staff. We also had to degrease our own oven on move in day, and our heating was awful.
