Best aspect: faculty and staff in my department are good, friendly, helpful and understanding. They never hesitate to offer help and support. Worst experience: I had lectures in the main campus and in westwood campus on the same day so I struggle to commute from the main campus to there.

Best aspect: they focus more on our way of thinking, our critical analyzing skills on the assignment than right/wrong answers. Worst aspect: some seminars are limited in time, therefore, discussions are limit and often not complete enough .

How: 1.Library Refurbishment: The current library is too small to accommodate the needs of students effectively. Expanding or refurbishing the library could greatly enhance the study environment. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies and support: The absence of a helpdesk for borrowing basic items like pens is a notable inconvenience. Implementing a system where students can easily access such essential supplies could be highly beneficial. 3. Need for Secure Lockers: The unavailability of lockers in the library is a significant concern for students worried about the safety of their belongings. Introducing a rentable lockers, even at a minimal fee, would address this issue and provide a much-needed service.

Most courses are taught in class. There are a few webinars and workshops. Course duration and Effectiveness: Some courses have been identified as having a too short duration, limiting students' ability to absorb and comprehend the material presented. And the academic term always gets started one week later than other majors.
