To me, I do experience a wonderful uni life here, which is totally different from China. UoN life is more free and autonomous. Views here are beautiful, students and teachers here are friendly. But I still want to suggest: there is a large number of Chinese International students in UoN, especially in Jubilee campus. So…. Is it possible for uni canteen to provide more Asian food? I really don’t like the food in canteen. But staff there are kind. :)

I can’t deny that all the teachers in my course are friendly and nice. But there are some teachers who can’t manage the class time very well. I won’t mention their names. Just take an example. Before having the session, teachers will upload the class materials in Moodle. So students can preview it well. Some teachers would like to give a huge amount of teaching materials, which can’t be finished in a three-hour-class! I can understand that as a postgraduate student. I have eyes so that I can read by myself.. but there is something that needs teachers to explain for us. When the class is over, the teacher just lets the left materials go….. it is sad :(. Furthermore, I don’t think I have a frequent contact with my teachers.. maybe there are busy or maybe I should be more active. But my teachers are always helpful and friendly to answer my questions in time.

Both Jubilee Campus and Park Campus are great. I study in Jubilee Campus, but I prefer Park! Because it is sooo natural and beautiful. Jubilee is good but it gives me a feeling of industry. Nottingham is good, people here speak English without accent, which releases me a lot. ( No offense) After all I am a non-English speaker. But it is not very safe.. Because I’ve heard so many terrible news from my friends..
