There are loads of resources at Falmouth uni, which I was slightly apprehensive about seeing as this isn’t the main campus for Exeter students. But all the facilities are modern and the library is really great and easy to use as the staff are really helpful and there are loads of inductions on how to use everything. Loads of working space too. Where I am from is a city and I haven’t quite got used to the quietness of Falmouth just yet!

The University of Exeter is a warm and vibrant place to study, with beautiful campuses and supportive staff. Students enjoy the green spaces, modern facilities, and strong sense of community. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The two campuses are quite far apart, and since most events and activities happen on Streatham, St Luke’s can feel a bit quiet and overlooked. It would be great to have more shared events, better transport between campuses, and more activities hosted at St Luke’s. With these improvements, the university would feel even more connected and welcoming for everyone.

The courses at the University of Exeter are really engaging, but they can be quite tough at times. The lecturers and tutors are amazing because they are always supportive, easy to talk to, and ready to help whenever students get stuck. Even so, many of us feel that having a bit more learning time would make a big difference. Some modules move very quickly, so extra contact hours or more guided study sessions would help us keep up more comfortably. With more time to learn and ask questions, the course would feel more manageable and even more enjoyable.

My university hall is really close to the campus where I study, which is super convenient. The Residence Life team organizes lots of activities, although most of them usually happen at Streatham Campus. I hope to organize more events at my hall, Rowancroft Court, so that students here can join more easily. The support in the hall is very quick and helpful. For example, I recently got my broken lamp and bed replaced without any problems. Living here makes student life comfortable and convenient, and having more hall-based activities would make it even better.
