The campus is a wonderful place to be. There are plenty of places to study, but also infinite opportunities to have fun. Every Thursday there is a fresh market where you can treat yourself with variety of food from all around the world. The teaching stuff is amazing and very knowledgeable, they are really experts in their fields and can explain complex topics in an understandable way.

The lectures are very interactive and engaging. However some stuff is repetative. I wish there would be more smaller assessment rather than one big 3000 words essays.

I loved it in my first year because you instantly have 13 friends. However the place was never clean, and also quite expensive it was under £400 but now the price is almost £500 for the same room.

The best aspects are the people here. So far, everyone I have met on campus is so kind, and they try their best to support me. So, as an international student who is completely new to the country and culture, this really makes me feel better. There are also so many activities of different kinds that you can join, so you don't feel bored or homesick. The worst aspect is, for me, the location. Colchester is a bit faraway from some places I want to visit, and it might cause some traveling problems.

I might not be able to say much about this because it is my first week of classes. But so far, the teachers are all really nice and enthusiastic about their teaching and support. They seem confident in their specializations, and this encourages me to be more motivated and productive.

I love the accommodation. The room is nice and cozy and provides necessary furniture for you. The accommodation is also located very close to the main campus buildings. So, going to classes is really easy and convenient. Although, it can be a bit chilly even though I have the heater on. And the problems with the fire alarm can lead to some annoyance.
