The facilities are very modern. My tutor is very supportive and responds quickly to any queries. The enrolment/setting up student e-Mail could have been smoother, was very complicated and had to contact several people to get it sorted.

My course is blended learning which I enjoy, and the apprenticeship route fits around my work and home life. Lecturer is very good.

No

Even though its a good university one improvement would be to have a tour of the campus. I am not aware of where I can access things and where I need to go to get things. I did ask my lecturer but he wasn't bothered.

The overall contact time with my lecturer is only on a Thursday 9.30-2.30 and Friday 9.30-12.30 and most times we are allowed to leave earlier. This time also includes breaks and lunch. This course is sold as full-time although I can appreciate the rest of the week is left for placement hours I do feel the contact time for learning is inadequate.
