I love attending the University of Glasgow -- it is such a beautiful and historic campus, with several very modern buildings as well. Some of the older buildings such as the St. Andrews building could use an update. Sometimes it can be hard to get answers to more clerical-type questions. However, for the most part I've had a really great experience and would recommend the university to others.

For the most part the content of the course has been fantastic. I've learned so much! I think there is a lot of room for improvement in the RME CPP course -- the teaching and learning has felt very surface level and focused almost completely toward content knowledge rather than pedagogical subject knowledge, where in other CPP courses I feel I've learned so much about HOW to teach the subject. RME is the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 for course content and teaching quality. I also think that the St. Andrew's building could be given a little update (the sinks in the bathrooms often get jammed "on", most of the water bottle filling stations are set to a trickle, and the chairs in the science labs are such that you can't sit in them and have your legs under the tables). I absolutely love most of the lecturers and especially the content in RELLT! Learning the theories underpinning what we as teachers do is so interesting.

I have had a great year at the University of Glasgow. My course is usually on campus Mon-Fri, 9-5 so this year it is very apparent that tutors have worked very hard to create a well thought out and engaging online course.

Tutors have gone above and beyond to create an engaging and enjoyable course this year.

PGDE Primary teaching is guaranteed a year of probation work.
