Great University. I originally started at the uni on a different but when I decided to change my degree they were super helpful and supportive. Great for socialising. City campus is in a great area, right in the centre of Leeds. The headingley campus has lots to offer and a great student life surrounding it.

My course is great. Lots of opportunities for placements and support with future careers.

Personal tutor is lovely, lovely people. University is difficult to get to - there is a free bus but it only comes once an hour on the hour (e.g. it comes at 9am) lectures and classes also start the time the free bus comes so people are forced to arrive 15 minutes late. The bus also leaves to go back to the city at 1:45, 2:45, 3:45 when lessons end on the hour so people are also forced to leave early. Many lessons also have huge gaps which means many people get bored and go home meaning they miss lectures or people are forced to pay lots of money that they don't have for parking. For example most days we will have uni 9-11, then have a four hour gap of nothing, then another lesson 3-5. The free bus as mentioned previously also stops at 4:45 and sometimes lessons stop at 6 meaning pupils are stranded having to walk an hour back in the cold and dark as we cannot afford the bus.

Like previously mentioned we have 4 hour gaps in our lessons. I also had a school hollistic placement that was 2 hours each way (4 hours of travelling a day). We had to pay for this out of our own money and I had to go to the university and tell them I could not pay this as it would cost me £15 a day and I physically would not be able to eat if I was paying this. They told me they could do nothing about this and I had to go to this placement
