The only downside i would add is the location - which could be helped with more regular transport to the city centre. However, the facilities on Cyncoed are brilliant and I have accessed them regularly with no issues.

I think it is brilliant as the lecturers are so quick at responding and are passionate about their lessons .

Least - I don't feel I'm receiving what I am paying for, which has left me down, unmotivated and out of pocket more times then I can count. Additionally, we have had issues with other people smoking in the house, causing issues to mine and other people's health. Most - Brilliant location as its just in front of the university. Catered food is more often then not really lovely!

It is convenient and easy to access from the M4. Lots of places to study on site. The lecturers could treat students like they are adults more and be more supportive to real life situations that impact study. More finance support options could be useful for students that are on teaching placement. More communication about financial support options in first year as you cannot be means tested for grants/financial help if it isn’t done in the first year at the university

The course could have more contact time at university or be more flexible around students who have to work to live. The timetable changes frequently and isn’t consistent which makes it impossible to earn money (and you have no grants or help with placement so it’s hard). The uni is not supportive to students who have hard times on placements - there’s an unreal expectation from placement schools which put unrealistic demands on students and the uni does not help. I had one amazing school and one school that nearly made me leave the course and the uni did not help.

No
