Studying location nestled between the lush mountains and the North Wales coast! The building makes you feel like you have stepped into Hogwarts. I have loved my course and with the support from my lecturers, I feel fully prepared to embark on my future career. However, there University lacks adequate practical study space (other than library) where students are free to study, regroup and prepare themselves lunch or make a brew! Furthermore, whilst I believe the University and the union provide excellent services for onsite students, I feel that there is room for improvement to enhance the experience for commuting students. Overall, I would recommend Bangor University to anyone looking for a good quality study experience in beautiful Cymru!

Bangor University is a fantastic place to study. The location, excellent teaching, student services and overall student services are what make it so special. It is not the 'city life' that everybody wants, however for me it has been the ideal place to study. There are many pubs, bars and restaurants to visit after lectures, however Covid-19 has greatly effected the student experience this year with very little in-person social events taking place.

The Primary Education lecturers are excellent and provide a lot of academic and pastoral support.
