All the staff are incredibly kind, they will always try and help and answer your questions even if they don't know. The lecturers are easy to communicate with and reply to emails within a couple of days sometimes even the same day. I would say the worst aspect is that I am a degree apprentice so I am only at university one day a week. This makes it hard to make friends etc but also it is lonely when you come onto campus. I feel as though it would be easier if it was online as i wouldn't be travelling for one day and i wouldn't be lonely between lectures because you don't have chance to make friends and socialise.
