The Student support, especially around helping to afford accommodation- most people did not get any of their first choices for colleges and have ended up in more expensive rooms.

There isn’t too much help before the assessments, some of it was just telling us to do them without explanation.

It is overpriced for a shared bathroom with limited kitchen facilities and it is far away from where I chose to be so is far from lectures

The student help services are great from personal experience when dealing with mental health, however not so great in regards to careers. Constantly point to handshake and when I try to book a careers appointment I am left with no availability always.

Mostly in person lectures but not a lot of contact hours, find this would help.

Everything at York is expensive - even Halifax which is considered as the cheapest. For what I was paying in any other place than London I would have a double en-suite room compared to my shared bathroom accommodation of 10 people.
