Small campuses offer very good contact with lecturers, helping to build intensive relationships and a strong network. Loughborough offered us this opportunity. The contact and support from lecturers and campus staff have been excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't have a snack machine to stay on campus and buy food and coffee/drinks during the breaks. Our cafeteria was closed from 15-16. So we had to walk to Tesco or use the cafeteria of the nearby university, which also closes quite early.

The diplomacy programme was a very nice experience. I found all the courses interesting and it helped me to develop in the political field. Our lecturers are great and experienced people. However, the programme was more political science than diplomacy. Perhaps more diplomacy-related courses could be added.

I never recommend that anyone live here. It was the worst experience I have had and has made my life in London very difficult. Stratford One is a very dirty, old, and unclean student residence. Every day, some member of staff bursts into your room and leaves the door open when you are not at home. Every day, there are very loud fire alarms even at midnight. Every day, clogged bathrooms and sinks. This place is never a place to live!
