St Mary’s feels very accommodating to mature students and students travelling to uni. Lectures so far have been very informative and engaging. Lecturers have been approachable and positive. The parking is limited. I would like to see the uni offer advice on best places/areas to park for students travelling to make life easier.

The lectures have been interesting and engaging. Lots of information and clear on expectations on work and commitment. Practicals have been very basic. For the level we are studying at(uni), with a lot of students with previous experience, I think there could be a step up on the content being covered. I think students with previous experience coaching should be given a bit more flexibility on practicals as to whether it is actually needed for them to attend or not. All the practicals I have been in so far is content I have covered/already taught in my workplace and I feel that 1/2 hours of time could be better spent on written work, especially while trying to balance uni and technically a full time job.
