The best thing is that there are a lot of opportunities to develop graduate skills and undertake placements. The worst thing is that it's difficult to access help when you feel unable/too shy to ask for it.

The best is that the lecturers are super friendly and helpful when you attend there office hours. The worst is that a lot of compulsory modules are not relevant to my future career, so it would be nicer to have more optional modules.

It was a reasonable price and had everything I needed. I was also lucky to have friendly flat mates. The thing I liked the least was the frequency of fire alarms going off.

My best experience is the fact that Brunel is a very centralised university! You are able to go into and out of the city quite quickly and efficiently which makes it easier when traveling. Also, it has given me a sense of community especially being an international student, I have been able to call it a home away from home. Only negative is that I had joined during the time of covid so wasn’t able to fully experience uni the way I would have liked to, but it hasn’t been all bad and have been learning to cope with the new way.

My course has been very interesting, I love the fact that I have been able to actually go for practicals and learn the physical aspect of my course. My only negative would be that I haven’t experienced being able to make loads of friends in my course due to the fact that the first year and half of second year were all online. Therefore contact with tutors and course mates was very limited so couldn’t make good friends in my course

I like the fact that there are so many people from different cultures and backgrounds that you can become friends with. You can also do group accommodation with your friends or just meet completely random and new people which is amazing. Only negative is sometimes people can be quite dirty and aren’t respectful of your space which causes the kitchen and shared areas to be slightly gross
