Great support on a personal basis from my personal tutor during my undergraduate degree but this changed for my master's. Department heads are more interested in protection of themselves and their subordinates rather than helping their students.

Course leader has gone on academic lead leaving another lecturer to lead. This is not what I signed up for, feel like I was misled by the university.

Lovely staff for the different modules, each one been great. However, through certain modules we were given online lessons which had a slight negative effect on our learning experience

Again lectures are great yet the design of certain lessons could be improved

Luckily got given fantastic flatmates. However the rooms are slightly dingy and outdated. The facilities are also not very good for the amount of money you spend. Also, the outside area is very poorly kept
