The university is a very welcoming community and makes sure to make everyone feel comfortable. I’m very proud to be a student here and would recommend it to anyone looking to start university.

The course is very well put together and is constantly teaching me new things. The course is taught fully in person and support is provided all throughout.

The staff provide lots of interactive activities for all residents including fun games and movie nights to bring the community together.

The fact that we are only in for a whole day from 9am to 4pm and then only 2 hours the following day is a bit annoying because it means we have 5 1/2 days with nothing to do because we're not given our assignment briefs until 2 weeks before the due date usually so it means we have months of 5 days off and then 2 weeks to do 3-4 assignments depending on how many modules we have so it gets a bit boring then very stressful but the lecturers are brilliant mostly.

It can be very difficult sometimes as some lecturers believe you should do your own research and shouldn't need help however some people struggle with no guidance especially when there's a question and very little guidance in that question so the lecturer-student relationship isn't always amazing but then there are some lecturers that are incredible and if you show you want to do well they will bend over backwards for you.

There is always problems with the taps and even when there's people coming in regularly to check them it almost feels like none of them have a clue what they're doing because there's always been problems and they've never been resolved, the toilets don't flush properly and during the summer stay accommodation one toilet flush stopped working entirely and took nearly a month for someone to come and fix it so the smell was horrendous. The showers are not amazing and the noise drives me mad but it's close to the uni campus and it's away from the student union so you don't get woken up at stupid o'clock with people at the student union shouting and all the music so that's a bonus.
