The library has so many resources from great IT help, 24/7 assistance, loads of study spaces from more social areas to quiet study spaces. It’s bright and open too. The layout of the modules is really organised and easy to understand, so it makes learning easier. The lecturers/professors are so supportive and always on hand to provide extra assistance and make seminars positive environments.

There isn’t a lot of discussion on life after uni but I am only currently in second year so there is time for that. Other than that, it’s a really enjoyable and interesting course. There’s a manageable amount of independent and in person hours too.

Security aren’t very on the ball or helpful and it’s a very party central place so if you are looking to get studying done - don’t go there!

The staff are all lovely and majority of them if you need help go above and beyond to help you, the facilities are all good with a 24 hour library you get an allowance of five pound for printing which is not much so that could be improved. The layout of the city uni is nice and modern which lots of communal areas to work and socialise.

My lectures are delivered by a recording each week which is really helpful cause I can’t complete them anytime I want, go at my own pace and pause and take a break if needed. Seminars are in person which is very helpful for consolidating with the lecturer and asking any questions I may have had with the content from the lecture. Every time I’ve emailed a tutor they’ve got back to me within 24 hours and there are also drop in sessions available if stuck on course content.

Leeds is a big city there’s loads to do, the cost of living is expensive but I doubt more than anywhere else as living on your own is more expensive than you’re perhaps used too. The night life is good there’s a variation of different clubs that play different music genres.

It’s an ideal location it’s 15 mins from the city centre, the rooms are spacious the toilets are a little small and there’s no common room but the receptionists are lovely always there to help with whatever query they sometimes do free dominos pizza nights also
