Sussex uni has been so supportive of my learning needs and I feel that I know exactly who to contact when problems arise. The course is well constructed and the tutors have been helpful and engaging. The strikes have caused some difficulties in learning time but I believe this has been resolved with additional lectures and online lessons every now and then. Of course, with anything in life, there are always some bumps in the road but I feel that everything the students bring to the attention of staff is listened to and 9/10 times rectified. It’s understandable that sometimes things can’t be resolved because it is out of their hands. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed studying here and I feel very much at home.

I really enjoy the in person lectures, we have a lot of interactive ones which keeps focus and engagement. The online lectures during my first year were done to the best of the staffs ability. I don’t feel I missed out on much aside from the conversations with other students in between classes.

Brighton is my home town so of course I love it. It is expensive if you’re living alone but I do feel like you can get some pretty good deals in shared accommodation if you look around.
