This is a great university to study at, with a lot of facilities and great student support. The only things that could be improved are the way the lectures and seminars are spaced out on the timetable and how quick support can be given to students for their mental health and wellbeing as students often have to wait 3-6 weeks to receive an appointment.

Blended learning, easy contact with lecturers and tutors by email however not all reply to their emails.

The location is great, close to shops as well as other university buildings. However there are many maintenance and internet problems that take many weeks to fix due to their only being 2-3 maintenance workers in the building. Similarly there are only 1 or 2 cleaners and there are thick layers of dust in multiple places in the building.

I really enjoy my course, and find it interesting. However, the restrictions from covid have made this year a different experience. Going to the library doesn't happen now unless you've booked a place, but there's the online library that has access to most of the books needed. The group projects are also quite hard to navigate as were all in different places, with quite a bad internet connection (especially after the hacking problem) and sometimes in different time zones. Also, getting to know new people is a lot more difficult than normal as we can't be in the same space and we had all of the social distancing rules. Also there was no freshers fair or week really so we couldn't get to know each other that way.

I haven't personally used any of these services, but I get regular emails about where to find them if I need to.

it would be better if we could've done more in-person learning, but due to covid restrictions, it wasn't possible, towards the middle of the year to the end.

I haven't had the opportunity to get a part-time job, but there are emails about opportunities and there are people to contact if I want or need more infomation.
