- it is a great place to study because the staff are very supportive, the online facilities reasonably easy to navigate, and access to lecture recordings is a necessity to me - Keele could be improved by offering more shops on campus, and reducing the price of food and other amenities (the Co-op on campus is extortionate and completely unreasonably priced) - keele could be improved by having more food places, such as a McDonald’s. Right now it has 2 costas (with limited menus) and a Greggs which also offers less than most other Greggs. There is food options from the university, but that food is not very good (in my opinion, e.g. cheesy chips didn’t even come with melted cheese and the chips were disgusting) and very costly

- the teaching staff are very kind and helpful, and always offering assistance. Also, they help with planning your work, provide in depth feedback, and are mostly lovely people - the course content has been a major let down. I have had several modules not related to my course whatsoever (I picked criminology but had some modules from politics and international relations, and sociology). Also, the help provided when everyone was complaining about these modules was not great, as we just had an extra essay question provided and minimal information to help us - the strikes in my first year of study also affected my education as I missed many lectures, and ended up having a very late exam. I was no impressed by this, regardless of whether I agree or not with the purpose of the striking, I expect the education which I am paying a lot of money for.
