What is unique about university of Greenwich is the access to all of the three campuses even if you are studying on only one campus. By access I mean all the facilities e.g. the big Stockwell library, Drill Hall library which aids so much in finding variety of resources that helps you in your studies. Also, the different categories to study in the library is amazing ; the group zone, the quiet zone, the silent zone and the unique pod which helps in focusing of the studying material and have important meetings in it. Moreover, you can enjoy other fun facilities including the sports hall activities and cheap gym membership. The most important aspect which I like the most is the student union activities every weekend. Concerning the aspect I find can be improved is sending more announcement emails for any upcoming events/new activities or what is new in the university because sometimes students know only the news by word of mouth.

Since I am MPhil/PhD student, I find the guest speakers lecturers every week is a valuable source of info to me to know what is new in my field briefly. I got in contact with my supervisors twice a week which I find satisfactory to me to progress faster in my studies. A main part that helped me in my studies is the online training workshops because this saves me a lot of time to work more in the lab.

What I liked the most about the hall and the room is the cleanliness and the property management in terms of safety. The location of the accommodation rooms is amazing, it saves a lot of time being living that near to the lecture halls and the library. However I find the price of the room per month is a little bit high in comparison to more bigger ensuite rooms outside the university accommodation halls.

I am in MEDWAY Campus : The library is MASSIVE and there is literally EVERYTHING YOU NEED inside, even a new soundproof "box" to study inside, and all the staff is really friendly and there to help! It's also open until midnight week days and open during weekends... I don't know what could be improved to study since I am doing research and not a BSc or MSc...

I did not have classes here, but I followed online lectures for PhDs, strands 1 and 2. It was online because of covid but it was nice. I hope I will be able to follow strand 3 in real life face to face... My supervisor is super available for me and everytime I need something, if she can't help, someone around can!
