I think the best points with living at uni is the freedom of living away from home and living and being around friends all the time as well as studying and going into lectures and seminars when it’s something youve chosen to study to make it more exciting and enjoyable content to take in. Although sometimes uni can become quite lonely and begin to miss home life and even just a family cooked meal.

I love that on my course the newsroom is at such a high professional standard that it allows a real sense of working in the real world. I also enjoy the modules so far a lot so it helps enjoying what i study.

My uni halls was a lot smaller than others which i actually did enjoy because it was easier ti make a solid group of friends however when i lived there the security never worked as most of the gates and doors just opened without the fob and just a hard push however that has been fixed now

The best aspects would be the amazing facility’s my course has to offer (radio studio, tv studio, equipment etc) and also the location of the campus is perfect as it’s right in the city centre and everything is in walking distance. It could be improved with making it clearer where we can contact support services and make it known that it’s not scary to contact them and that they are there to help. Overall though the university is very good and enjoyable.

The best aspect of the course is all the facilities that we have. The worst part is sometimes it feels we are left to work things out ourselves but the course hours is very good and our course leaders are very good and easy to talk to and communicate with.

I loved how spacious my room and living areas were. I had an incident in my flat which made me feel unsafe but sandhills dealt with it very well. The location was perfect but would have been nice to have a cleaner.
