Hi! I've been comparing my current experience to what I’m used to back home, and it's entirely different from anything I've known throughout my life. As a creative person, this is the first time I truly feel heard in my classes, and I don't need permission to express myself. I'm actually learning instead of just cramming for grades. I’m not sure if this is a standard review, as I’m mainly comparing it to my previous experiences, which weren't as positive. Maybe LBU could improve in different areas as I continue to experience it, but so far, I love my experience here and it's been great.

It's a lot of writing and it can be overwhelming but then again, it’s what the course is about so this isn't a flaw. I just started this January so I'm still open to what's to come.

I think the union is pretty small and not got loads to it. Also I think having one library is tough as it’s really hard to get seats and spaces sometimes

Some seminars drag on as they are 2hrs long. Lots of people don’t turn up as it’s often stuff being repeated that’s been said in the lecture and not much content is covered. If the seminars were an hour or even an hour and a half I think more would turn up. My seminars often only have around 6 people in when there’s supposed to be 20+

Alright
