I have always had a support network within the uni no matter what it is I am in need of help with. There are so many people and help services that are available in which have been a huge help to me and my studies! The staff at university are always positive and willing to be of help which makes studying at Derby University worth my education! I believe there is always work for improvement in every place however I am yet to discover any problems within the university.

My lecturers are always there to help whenever needed, I have even found they will go out their way when they should be out of office which is a huge help for myself! No questions go unanswered. The hours of my university course are a little confusing with some days being full and others being only an hour in one day, however, this is something I am willing to commit to as the lecturers make the teaching time worth while and full of learning! in which an hour lecture is full of great learning! when it is online the lecturers ensure it is still structured and inclusive of all students.

Nice and clean environment. Help is available if needed. Maybe more contingency plans can help in the event of short teaching staff .
