University has provided myself and my peers with incredible support, offering us resources and clear communication in regards to any issues we have faced during our time studying so far. The library offers a range of study spaces such as group study, individual study, silent study and the opportunity to book private study rooms, which i have used in the run up to presentations with other students. Only improvement I feel necessary is the cost of products in the Campus co-op. As someone who gets minimum student loan, has expensive rent and has to balance study and part time work, the campus shop lets me get food between lectures and on my way to work, however I find it is a bit pricey.

Some of the best aspects of this course is how all content is recorded. If i miss a lecture due to sickness / working, im able to catch up using the exact same content as my peers who attended the lecture. Lectures are recorded and have in detail slides that are uploaded to surreylearn. Likewise for the workshops, there are always slides uploaded for those who failed to attend. However i believe it would be helpful to have one workshop recorded at the end of each workshop day, as there are discussions throughout class that aren’t included in the slides.

The rooms do their job. they gave me enough space to bring all my belongings from home, with enough space to do work outs, have friends over and study. While the kitchen was small, it’s only shared between 7 of us, and we all timed making dinner around each other so it was never cramped.
