The campus is in the perfect location. 15 Minutes from the ocean and right in the city centre. From this, most accomadation is less than 10 minutes from the campus. I feel my lecturuers value me as a student. This is nice and makes me want to achieve more. The student union has lots of fun events, however working for them and reveal a lot of mal practice and bad management.

I am currently on a placement year. These were hard to get but very fulfilling. I believe my experience from my placement will help me in my final year.

My room had a damp problem which the halls ignored for months, calling it an "air leak". This resulted in paint falling on me in my sleep. I was relocated to a new room but this one had silverfish and a fire.

The best was being a student ambassador and the worst was having to leave! and not much placement opportunities for postgraduate international students
