Amazing - so much support and help at very corner. Great campus with everything you need close by. I have loved my 3 years here and would recommend UCLan to anyone.

Amazing! There is help and support everywhere, you don't even need to look far. With wiser, careers, m and m mentoring, the library and the i, you cannot go wrong!

UCLan offers loads of society's and welcomes new ones (I set up UCLan's first Oxfam society with a friend) as well as many clubs, activities and trips you can participate in. The SU facilities are fantastic too.

Preston is a great city, plenty of shops to keep you busy and everything is within walking distance.

UCLan offers a wide range of courses, both combined and single honors, with interesting modules and accessibility to other course modules e.g. elective modules All the lecturers I have come into contact with have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Plenty of job prospects with jobs within the uni available as well as the opportunities center advertising jobs outside the university. Plenty of volunteering opportunities within the university and in Preston itself. UCLan also has "Careers" where you can go for job advice, job applications help and CV help - I went to a drop in session about my CV and came out with loads of helpful hints and a better CV because of it! They also give out lots of information about interviewing, volunteering and jobs available.

I lived in halls in first year and third year (currently) and I've enjoyed both immensely. You meet lots of new people who aren't on your course. Security and house keeping are always around to help you, any problems I have had e.g. broken light bulb, have been fixed in the same day. All the halls are up to date and in good condition

I like it here. All staff members are happy to help you and lecturers are more than happy to answer questions and speak to you more after lectures. The city has a really good atmosphere and everybody is really friendly. UCLAN has amazing facilities and they provide access to many resources which otherwise you would have to pay for.
