the university buildings are near to eachother, the buildings themselves are great places to work with lots of facilities (silent study/quiet study/group work rooms/ cheap cafe/tuck shop/ fast wifi/ large library/ lots of desks and plugs for laptops/etc.). however i wish the uinion held a wider range of events (not just open mic nights/ "DJ"s ) and there arent many fun societies that everyone can attend

the teaching is good, the topic for my course are fascinating and most lecturers are engaging with lectures that move at a good pace. direct tutor contact time is available and most tutors are happy to meet or reply to your emails but me and friends have been aired on emails asking to meet or for feedback multiple times.

There's a diverse student population and the support services are very good, though often a little busy/stretched. The University management could support the academic staff much better though to avoid them feeling underappreciated, burnt out and feeling the need to strike.

The lecturers who taught me were incredible, unfortunately many of them were struck off or left during recent redundancies and due to the management response to strike action.
