The university environment is pleasant and well-equipped, surpassing my previous institution, and the teachers are also very nice. However, making friends has proven to be very challenging, and despite being in my final year, I still haven't managed to form any meaningful connections, which is a difficult aspect of my experience.

Classes are great, but group work and activities can be challenging as an introvert, especially when it involves talking to strangers. It's tough when you're put on the spot, innit?

The facilities in the uni's halls are excellent, with a great gym, laundry facilities, and study spaces. However, the price is quite high, and I was unfairly held responsible for something my flatmate did, which wasn't my fault. Overall, the building itself is great, but the cost and some of the rules could be improved.

The best part of the UWE experience is its dedication to student support. In my experience, all staff members have been accommodating, understanding, and accepting and go out of their way to support their students' individual learning needs and different learning experiences. One negative I experienced was that the university had made more acceptance than they could accommodate in halls and as a result a lot of students, myself included had to find private accommodation in first year. It was a lot of stress to find private accommodation in the short timeframe of about 2 weeks from when A-Level results were posted to when the next month started. It resulted in me living with people I had never met. The halls experience is important to give students time to socialise and find people they think they'd be compatible living with.

The best aspect of my course is enthusiastic and dedicated lecturers who make learning an enjoyable and engaging experience. The worst aspect of my course has been that on occasion resources weren't available in the time frame they were supposed to be which threw off the scheduling of my studies. A small gripe in what has been a largely positive experience.
