The course I’m on is amazing, I’ve met loads of great people on it! My advice to anyone wanting to come here would be to lock your doors, I was unlucky enough to get robbed, but with so many students about opportunist crime is bound to happen and that’s the same wherever you go. Work and party in moderation, don’t let one completely rule out the other, and try to experience as many new things as you can. It’s important to get your personal statement checked by as many people as possible. Always have a backup plan, and work your backside off to get to a great uni, like Manchester!

Best aspects = how the uni buildings are new and clean Worst = living in Fallowfield so have to travel in but that is a personal choice. No other points really

Course is brill, for the first few years, really engaged with us to help us adapt to uni. Have less contact hours now so we are able to work in a more flexible way Also have a wide range of option modules available

Was very expensive. However was such a lovely place to live. Was light and clean and very modern, and had lovely outdoor areas as well However flats were of 10, which was fine for me but maybe it was a lot of people to live with for certain students.
