I'm so glad I chose to come to Glasgow uni. The city is such a nice place to live, the university is supportive and there's loads of opportunities, and I'm really enjoying the courses

The facilities around the university, especially with health, are really good and really helpful with mental health services and a GP surgery on campus.

Lecturers have always been really supportive. If I ever have have issue with my health which affects my work I've always felt comfortable approaching my teachers about it and they've always been incredibly understanding.

Glasgow Uni has 4 student unions and they all have different strengths and serve different purposes. the best night out for Glasgow uni students is in the student unions. There's cheap drinks, great music, and loads of different bars and clubs within the union.

the best thing about going to uni in Glasgow is living in the city. There's so much to do- so many galleries and museums- that you'll never be bored. The nightlife in Glasgow is also great, whatever kind of music or bar you like there'll be at least three of them in the city. Glasgow is an incredibly vibrant place, the people are so friendly and its such an amazing city to live in.

Clubs and societies have made my time at Glasgow uni. In first year I spent most of time at different clubs and societies, trying out new things because there's so many to choose from. Most of my friends I've met through clubs and societies. Whatever you're interests are, there's a society for it and you'll find your interested in activities you never expected.

The first two years at politics at Glasgow uni is great at covering all the basis of politics and giving a good introduction. After that, in honours, there is a massive selection of courses offering a wide variety of areas of study. This means I can pick courses that are of genuine interest to me which doesn't make work so difficult.

The careers service at the university supports students throughout their degree and years after graduation. They offer many different courses to help with employability such as help with interviews and CVs. Personally, I've found their extensive range of clubs and societies to be incredibly helpful with my career. The opportunities they offer and the people I've had a chance to meet through being involved has allowed me plenty opportunities to advance my career and get internships. Their speakers and the internship hub are a great way of learning about different industries.

The university of Glasgow has a variety of different courses and I think that my course is really good. The accommodation is warm and good, but at the same time, it is pretty expensive. The library is really good and the Students Union consists of lots of clubs and societies. The careers service is very helpful.
