The staff are all great and really understanding when it comes to being 10 minutes late because of traffic and ferries! The uni is in a really highly congested area in terms of traffic so is difficult to navigate to sometimes. Student support has been really fast at helping with council tax reductions etc too. However the rooms are not big enough for the cohort size so it is often difficult to find enough chairs to fit everyone. Also the food facilities are not great and they’re aren’t a lot of options in terms of hot meals.

The course hours change regularly which makes it difficult for childcare but staff are great and easily contactable at all hours!
