A very friendly university, the tutors are brilliant.

The modules are varied and interesting and the tutors are very helpful and flexible regarding the lectures and content.

Some areas of the university are quite outdated and poorly maintained. A recent upgrade in the ‘hub’ actually feels like more of a downgrade, there’s only ever 1 person serving even at busy times - which means there’s always a long queue which is difficult when breaks are only 15 minutes. The food available is limited and not great. The library and study areas are well maintained and useful. I think more focus on the services they provide would enhance the student experience. Prior to Covid the food on offer was much more accessible and more options.

Tutors take quite a while to reply to emails / messages which can be challenging.
