The careers service has been excellent. I got great advice and ongoing support. Due to a staffing issue, feedback for my first assignment was delayed, so this could be improved.

For a distance learning course, there is a good amount of time for live lectures which, conveniently are after work hours. The worst aspect is that the feedback for the first assignment was delayed.

The flexibility to remotely study is great and also, I am welcome to go onto campus to use any facility like the library, student services and the bar. Having SCONUL access to my local university is helpful. The worst aspect is that sometimes feedback on coursework is late.

Online learning is helpful at masters level because I work full time.
