The communities that Warwick fosters is unrivalled, there are such a vast variety of societies and sports clubs so anyone can find their people. It lets you try things you would never try and meet people you would never meet. The student union is always active and support the development of new societies. The campus is always lively so you never feel on your own or unsafe walking around the campus. I love the teaching in the engineering department, they are highly supportive and allow us to thrive academically. The only downfall I would say is some of the engineering facilities are outdates and do not always function properly.

There is a wide array of teaching styles including lectures, seminars, quizzes, worksheets, labs, trips, guest speakers, and tutorials. The blended learning is well balanced now since Covid and the personal tutor that I was appointed was always very helpful quick to reply to queries. The only thing as previously mentioned is some of the engineering department facilities are outdated in the downstairs floor.

Being an ambassador is an amazing way to earn extra cash on the side and the university is very flexible in the hours they offer. It is a great support for students. The diversity is amazing, it is one of the main reasons I picked Warwick. There are so many international students which means that you get to learn about so many amazing cultures and Warwick supports this by celebrating non-British celebrations. Warwick has a great reputation to employers and the university equips students with all the skills needed to be employed by a top choice employer.

At the time the value was okay however prices have extortionately risen since then. The area is beautiful with a lake filled with birds, fish, and other wildlife, it is very peaceful to walk home and see this. It is also a great location for those who frequently visit the sports hub.

The campus aspect created a tight knit community as most people live in the same town. The newer buildings have great study spaces. However the night life is rubbish, there are only a few good options for a night out.

The Engineering department is very organised and makes sure students are well supported and don't have clashing assignments. However most funding seems to go to WMG and not to student projects. The blended learning means you are free to do the course at your own pace.
