SOAS is fantastic for housing progressive academic departments, many of which are uniquely strong in the UK and internationally. The administration makes it such that students face logistical issues nearly constantly.

The best aspects are deep and engaged expertise and pedagogy. I wish there was better facilitation in the classroom, particularly during seminar discussions, and in the student cohort as a whole.

I love it here it's great. It is full of people who really care about what they are studying. Everything is relevant not just based on historical teachings. It would be good if we had more lectures.
