I really enjoy my course. It can be difficult for the social side as mostly everything is at the Canterbury campus. Communication can sometimes be an issue with enrolment it was very vague and multiple delays. There have been a few course issues but my lecturer has sorted very quickly which is great

I think the blended learning is a good idea and I am enjoying having my days to study at home. Sometimes there are lots of facilities we should have access too for example the simulation ambulance.

I’m at the smaller Medway campus. It is perfect for me as a more mature student, with everything I need. The support is first class. I feel welcomed and staff definitely support you to succeed in your studies. The main campus in Canterbury is much better equipped, but I chose Medway as it is close to home. I can’t say if it’s like it at other universities, but age just isn’t important to anyone. Everybody (staff and fellow students) treat you the same, which I absolutely love. It’s never too late to start a degree. Although I’m in my first year as such, I completed a foundation year with CCCU last year. That was very well taught and has (hopefully) given me the strong foundations I need to succeed. I guess if I could change one thing, it would be to have a little more going on for freshers. Maybe even our own colour run, like they do at Canterbury.

Mostly in person, some online sessions due to logistics. ODP specific sessions are in person and classes are relatively small, which is perfect for me. Placement allocation took a little while, but has been sorted with plenty of time.

Close to public transport links. Plenty of history within walking distance. Train services are reliable, buses not so much.
