Overall, I feel university has been great for me as it has made me into a much happier person and I have grown my confidence a great deal. It has pushed me to throw myself into opportunities and activities that I would have been to afraid to give a shot at beforehand. Meeting new people in this environment has allowed me to make new friends and try new things. I do feel like some days can feel more stressful than others, however it delivers a rewarding feeling when you complete assignments and realise your development in learning. I have loved all my placements and feel very positive about my course moving forward.

They provide placement and the correct modules to prepare me for being a registered nurse.

What I like the most is the amount of seminars we have as I prefer how interactive it is. What I like the least is that the timing is not appropriate, for example, we are on placement where we need to use a case study for two assignments, however we have only have the introduction to the assignments, therefore I dont feel supported and prepared.

It is good, I don't get invovled as much as I would like to. I think this is because it is more orientated around city campus and I go to coach lane.

I am very satisfied with the facilities, especially the library both on city campus and coach lane. I feel it gives everyone the opportunity to get involved in everything they want to be involved in.

I love the city life in Newcastle, not only does it provide such good nights out with fun memories, it is also a friendly place and has plenty to do day or night. There is plenty to discover and a range of things to get involved with. The night life is my favourite part of Newcastle

I haven't got involved in any clubs, however I have heard from others that societies, especially the sports ones, are great fun. I felt worried to get involved because my course is busy, and didnt want to take the focus away from my nursing. Otherwise I think they are a great idea.

I feel like tutoring support is very good. Although my tutor isn't in a lot there will always be time made if I need it. Feeback has been hit and miss, some can be very detailed, some can be hard to improve from. I have not needed a lot of councelling support, so I dont feel I can comment on this alot, however I have been made aware of the facilities in place if I do need support.

Enjoying my experience, friendly and happy. Enjoying the course content and lifestyle. I have made lots of friends and connections. I’m also excited for the opportunities such as placement.

We have a really good placement department that work hard to get placements close to home and in great setting. It provides a variety of placements. We also have a lot of lectures that provide us with life skills as well as academic skills. It also has good services in terms of mental health.

Lecturers that have great experience, they’re approachable and teach us life skills. We have a variety of teaching methods and are more creative.

Excellent libraries and virtual sim dolls are great for learning and practicing.

I love Newcastle, one of the friendliest cities!
