Studying nursing at the University of Glasgow has been such a lovely experience. It has something to offer everyone, whether you are a busy gym fanatic or a dedicated harry potter fan (I'm pretty sure there's a society for that at the university, seriously). Overall a great university, and very pretty on top of it all.

The 2 unions are good for a night out close to home, however can get a little busy with bigger events, still overall a great place to go with friends be it day or night!

Night life is fantastic everywhere in Glasgow. No further comments needed.

There are so many different clubs and societies, you're bound to find at least something you like!

The courses and lecturers are brilliant. Very specific and helpful to my learning

The university has great links with different hospitals all over the UK, being very beneficial for a student nurse like myself.

University accommodation is basic but still good value for money! Great opportunity for making friends and an easy start for moving away from home.

I love the atmosphere at Glasgow university and it feels like the staff can't help you enough. Amazing job prospects because of the reputation especially for nursing - one of the few universities that kings college hospital in London will hire graduates from.
