It's my first time in general to the UK so coming to a place I didn't know was very scary to me but the university was such a nice place for me to come to. The first day I came I was in awe of how pretty the glenside campus was and the surroundings it looked like something out of a fairytale as I went in and looked around the place looked amazing I got to meet some amazing people at the campus and get to know everyone, the campus facilities were excellent from the rooms to the library and my favorite place to relax the hub cafe. The university has a great social environment to with a lot of events and societies to join which is a good chance to meet new people and make friends on terms on accomodations it is a bit pricey compared to other options in the city. The university in general offers a great support for students in every aspect whether it is for looking for part time, any sort of help or any concerns and even for career opportunities once u graduate. If you're looking for a supportive environment to study, meet new people and enjoy your university life then you've made the right choice in choosing UWE Bristol

The course I'm doing is a 3 year course and first year has not been so bad to me but a struggle I do face is the assignments which is a new system of writing to me but there are workshops at the university which offer help in assignment structure and writing which has been really helpful. I enjoy skills section cause it involves me working with different people in my group to do activities which are quite fun. My tutor is really helpful as well she offers advices in academics for assignments and lectures and we have online one to one sessions almost every month to ask how I'm doing. I just had my first placement last month and it's been an amazing experience working in a ward with so many different healthcare workers and I quite enjoyed it a lott. So overall the course this first year has been good to me not too bad and I can't wait to see what the next 2 years have in store for me
