The university's atmosphere is great, considering the mix between old and new buildings. The lecture rooms are equipped with the necessary tools to study, showcase and teach.

It is easy to contact lecturers, as all of them have at least a single day of the week where you can book office hours. They can happen both in-person and online.

Goldsmiths is all about its diversity of students and its high-calibre professors (who in turn are high-calibre industry professionals). Students are still in a sort of post-lockdown mindset, and I think community is still hard to create, but collaborative ensemble work (specifically in the music department) tends to spill over into the local music scene.
