University of Nottingham is a great place to study, it has a fantastic campus with lots of greenery and modern facilities, the libraries are perfect places to study and get work done as they have individual study spaces which allow me to focus better.

My class is taught in-person and the lecturers are always available to help whenever I need advice or guidance.

The accommodation was fit for purpose; however, the room could have been slightly bigger. The location was closer to Jubilee campus than university campus (where I study) however, the hopper bus quickly got me there in 7 minutes; it is a free service for students.

Nottingham is a brilliant university in a wonderful location. The campus is breathtaking with a broad range of sports and academic facilities available to students. Pastoral support from the university is there however I wish there were more opportunities to engage with lecturers as well as the admin team for my year abroad. However, overall I feel supported by my personal tutor at Nottingham who regularly checks up on my well-being. I really have loved my first couple of years at Nottingham and am thrilled to be continuing my degree here.

I think the opportunities to develop my language skills aren’t as readily available as I would have hoped however there is a lot contact time avail me with my lecturers. The overall course content is really interesting and there is an aspect of the language learning that will appeal to everyone

Cavendish Hall was a great opportunity for me to meet my closest university friends who are now my housemates. However, the facilities weren’t always the cleanest or the best for the amount of money paid. The canteen food was okay however the JCR was a great place to interact with everyone in my hall.
