The University of Exeter is a top university choice as it's renowned for producing academic excellence across every faculty. I couldn't stress enough how amazing this is as the university both challenges you and motivates you to work as best as you can. What I also love about Exeter is how multicultural it is. It welcomes hundreds of thousands of international students every year.

I'm a second-year student studying Modern Languages, specifically Spanish, French & Portuguese. I'm highly enjoying my course thanks to the variety of materials, the dynamic content, and the lecturers' excellent teaching methods.

The study spaces are far too busy and there is never anywhere to sit. But the food and drink services are great and the student union hold some fun activities.

There is little opportunity to speak Spanish and too much focus on culture and history of Spain. Contact hours are minimal and I have no contact with my personal tutor. But the course content is sometimes interesting. Far too much time spent on the subjunctive.

The building is falling apart and the walls are crumbling. The corridors and common room are always a mess. The cleaners are friendly and I like the boarding house feel of the accommodation.
